Typical 8-K in reference to YA, they are more or less looks like a investors rather than a lender here. Private equity, itself is a sign of trust in SWVC. Guess $100m expansion for just Phase-I, pending Phase-II & Phase-III for Hacketts only.

I guess the people that refer to YA Global as Cornell also think that SWVC is still GS Carbon(gscr).It`s a known fact that on Wall Street leopards can change their spots, as can bulls become bears.On this forum the main concern are the pigs eating the chickens.
