marketmann, IMO due to the involvement of seasoned stock crook AD (see public IRS filings against him and his mother), PV more than likely calculated how each and every lie and theft would be explained to the authorities. Probably the defense will be to declare that PV AD & SS were just three honest hard working businessmen trying to run an honest business with a business plan that didn't work out due to factors and naked short sellers that were beyond their control. I just can't figure out how they will explain away all the lies and personal enrichment they produced for themselves - at the expense of the shareholders. Got any ideas on that one? - Misterbull
