Well, the reason the SP is droping is due to the fact that Dutchess is shorting the stock.(per the SEC. filings) You see, the lower the sp is when they deside to buy up the float the better. Most traders will be happy to sell at .02 cents and run for the hills. Well Dutchess will buy ALL and price this thing as high as they want with little resistance. Way to much money to be made here to let this die.
