Well, GS Energy doesn't have any real contracts and little appeal for M&A. Also GSEG has too much debt in the 10Q.

Agri and CT have the contracts w/ Permo and would generate cash for TS. I am guessing that will come our way. Also notice they RS'd and cleaned the debt out of GSCT...I wonder why?
