I was just referring to the previous SPNI effort that basically faded away but true the company didn't declare bankruptcy or disappear altogether.

Maybe, just maybe, they'll be a Press Release in the future that stockholders approve increase in authorized shares. Completely irrelevent, unless the whole purpose of CMTN was to screw people out of money which is what you assume and why you post the 2.45 BILLION SHARES over and over again. With miraculous news (as jj) would say and a 5,10,20, or 40 million o/s, couldn't a 2.45 billion float be beneficial to CMTN representives and even shareholders? Then again maybe they'll just screw shareholders down the road even after miraculous news cause the A/S is 2.45 billion. CMTN started in MAY and they saw fit to authorize 2.45 billion shares so be it. They can use for positive and negative reasons. Considering the CMTN is only 6 months and some change old, we'll find out what happens.
