While I also hope to see these sites updated soon, I suspect IT resources are very limited at this point. Whoever is doing IT work for H3 has probably been putting the lions share of their effort into Tampa; gaming systems, phones, POS, swipe cards, satellites, etc..
I have to believe the hiphopsodashop website will be up and running soon. They need to have general information on it, plus a part dedicated to each soda shop as it opens that will show upcoming events (all those college kids at USF need to know what's going on) and other info unique to each location. And I still believe that the h3players site has the potential to be the biggest revenue stream for the company a little further down the road.
