I 100% agree with your post. I have never posted here and have owned a lot of shares for a long while. Carlos Mendoza and Cheryl Dotson should be prosecuted for breach of fiduciary duty. How about knowlingly filing an 8-k with out proper supporting documentation? How about embezzlement? How about falsfying documentation? How about bribery? What about Sarbanes Oxley violations? What about Patriot Act violations? How many felonies can be proved? With proper legal resources, I bet quite a few. Most agrievously, I am sure they plan to "screw" existing shareholders in any way they can and then issue themselves more shares.
I can't believe that any legimate company would sign deals with these people. If you are interested in preserving share holder rights and value, these people need to be exposed and then removed from the Company altogether. The sooner it happens the sooner we can hopefully move on and create something of value.
I believe each sharholder is important in this process. We cannot afford to be passive.
