I'd say wait till you are convinced that company is moving in right direction. I'd not spend extra penny on this company and will also not sell any of my holdings at this price. This stock doesn't have enough volume to flip.

December is a good time to buy the stocks lower and I'd suggest you to invest in a solid company and not a pinky.
