But why would they? Every person and every business is in this to make money.

This sort of crap would continue to drive the stake int eh heart of anything that could be legitimately done.

If Turrini was gong to make them rich. Great.

Not sure what is going on, but I would agree that there is a power play happening.

If the parties involved are fighting over control of the company than there must be something here worth fighting over. You don't get involved in this kind of action if the company was really worthless.

Yes, we just need to see how things unfold. Might be the only loser in this deal is Turrini which would be a sad thing. Worked his tail off to bring in large deals and then might get cut out. I'm sure the BOD talked to Acacia and NSN before doing this.

But if the SH ever get a vote, I'm putting my shares behind Turrini. he deserves all the credit.

I have an interesting scenario, its bogus however but worth
considering,

simply put: todays 8k gives the currect bod, dotson, carlos
and even shilling somewhat of a pardon on their overall
preceived incompetence--they managed to do something!, they
exist!, they are pro active!, NEVER MIND THAT FIRING TURINNI
WAS REALLY REALLY STUPID, w/ diac out of the way, and a deal
w/ Acacia, carlos and company will look like they are
responsible for the company moving forward.

all this is just a possible viewpoint scenario,

who the heck knows
