#73585 RE: dgplexus #73571

I'm disappointed the SEC/FL Attorney General (Securities) hasn't hit DNAPrint for knowingly releasing false/misleading (Section 10 of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5) future statements. In my opinion, the company clearly knew certain events could not take place, or render/achieve stated objectives, based on then current material events. I still believe the company will be held accountable. I also believe DNAPrint's share structure and operations are in the same class as the former CyberCare Technologies out of South FL. I continue to hold my shares and will do so until this company, and its players, are either successful or held accountable for any misdeeds.

PS: Anyone following the Iviewit story out of S. FL? It's a very interesting story of alleged deceit, corruption, lawyers, and patents.
