you have this wrong imho. The reason they can't finish the well is because they need a lousy $200K. The reason they can't get the money by selling shares is because big investors like me don't like tom's greed. Because of me and my likes the sp too low and hence a death spiral.

So the first and foremost issue IS Tom's structure. So he gave a little away , i don't care. Tom thinks he could do this without our money, well go for it Tom. So far I am right and he is wrong. I have my money in my pocked and he has his millions of worthless toilet paper.
