Google did not reference soley as prior art. Google had to "narrow" their patent based on the One Voice Patent. By the way I am the one that guessed the 150K would be paid not Veno.

I must admit I firmly beleive Intel & Motorola chose ONEV over many other based on the portfolio of patented processes. The Intel future has ONEV painted in to the reference design.
