You keep saying the Company wiped out 4.1M in debt. That is why I am here.. you are posting information that is false. Nowhere has the Company stated such and the RW filed a few days ago was NOT ridding the Company of debt.. but in fact was a failed attempt to register them. That IS 100% fact.

IF the Company has erased 4.1B in equity where is the 8K and PR?
