nwsun: in a court I can't imagine brokers tell that they sold unvalid shares in open market! Also, In my european opinion, it's not necessary asking them that they sold us valid shares, it's tacite between them and me when we make a commercial exchange...but I could be wrong ! eom

I guess that really depends on the brokers and how they react to BCIT trading.. I just know personally, I'd like to have it in a hard copy form if need be, if push ever comes to shove. (along with my trade executions, of course)
