#5662 RE: Myth #5649

I am not getting any answers to my questions on the Actionview board and possibly i can get them here.

Did S3 Investments/Redwood Capital know in advance of the merger that Actionview would not be able to complete this merger because of past credit problems?
It seems they set it up so Actionview could be paid extra funds they invested into merger agreement when agreement was to be cancelled. All the time during the agreement talks, Actionview sent out many PRs stating how their debt has been worked out to prepare for this merger, to keep investors close.

I need some questions answered please.

1) Why did Actionview stock go up in value prior to the August 30 press release of merger? Aug 21 value= .01...Aug 29 value= .028! Aug 30 press release of merger. Who did the buying? Was much of it from inside company?

2) For the next 9 weeks the stock was between .02 and .03, when it should had went up with pending merger. Six PRs were sent out stating how much success was made for merger to complete. After Nov. 1 PR stating Hunter Wise on board with agreement process, the stock slowly decended to below the .01 level. Who did most of selling during this time? Again, was it mostly inside Actionview Company?

3) Actionview management decisions to drive the company into much debt destroyed this merger. Will agreements to work out the past debt into shares, and merger payments, make it a clean shell? What will it take for Actionview to clean up their poor business decisions to make it a valuable investment for a future merger?

Thank anyone for answering questions I am confused on.
