thanks for finding it.....that GH statement needs to be proven out that he in fact in the open market bought $500k to $1mil stock on open market as he stated. Like I said if UPZS is ever taken to SEC for review I would think that would be one of the things looked at closely IMO.

I believe one of the folks from UPZS said JV was paying GH in shares for consulting. I'd have to go back to the cc to see if in fact I understood that. If so, how many? and that would be over and above the GH statement of intention to buy $500k/$1mil

and let's not forget it's been repeatedly said the Fidler/friends are buying also....and it's not the buying that I'm questioning...it's the pressure on the bid side bringing it down which to me indicates selling.....WHO?
