The delisting is a blow to the stock for sure but not as bad as most would think . Its going to trade on the OTC.BB and there are lots of stocks trading well above the trading range of this one . The down side is the company is in serious trouble with money but the upside is that going to a the BB will bring in new traders and fresh cash .
