This is VERY interesting post, Party. "Mayskaya" is a well known gold producer and "real company". They will probably regret about being involved in this new enterprise.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have emailed the Sec now on several companies and have found another one with the same profile as the others. Particularly these three NWOL, AURC, DMTN.

I can't believe this,

1. They have all announced a cash buyout.

2. They all have Canadian and Russian involvement.

3. They all have discussions boards on Investors Hub http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/quotes.asp?ticker=DMTN

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4052

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4903

The forth one is GBDX and is Russian and had a supposed buyout in the works. Interestingly enough they had only been in business for about six months when they claimed and filed a T/O with the Sec. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=6411

The more recent one in progress is DMTN and is eerily similar to NWOL and AURC.

I've sent plenty of facts on most of these and maybe you are even investigating one or more of them at the moment.

I believe you may find some of the same players involved and/or connected together, working as one big group.

I believe if thoroughly investigated you will find they sell shares into their hype and are pocketing lots of cash for themselves. I believe they believe, they are untouchable because of the lack of Sec jurisdiction on them. If the shell is examined you will find multiple name changes, multiple corporation names, because I've done extensive investigation on my own time. They keep changing the names involved to create immunity.

By virtue of the press release they can propel their stock up. Then they crank up the printing press and sell/dilute through multiple brokers back into the market. I've read almost all of their press releases and they make outrageous claims of value and/or assets. Because they are non reporting they have absolutely no oversight and that allows them to exaggerate any and all of their claims.

I know the Sec is very busy agency and understaffed. However, these folks are thieves and robbers and have fleeced investors of millions of dollars. I've witnessed single mothers and parents with children claim they are ruined and have lost everything to these bandits. Please, please, please stop them for God sake. I know if you look at these companies in detail you will shut each and every one of them down.

Party, did you sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding this information? Why did you chose to post this information today and not earlier?

I trust Mr. Ditter and doubt any claims of shenannigans on his part.

Party,
Please can you summarise what you posted here? Is Golden Share Co buying or merging with aurus? Are aurus' assets being transferred to other companies? I don't get the plot here. TIA.

I always liked the idea of transportable separators.

Currently the Mayskaya group operates one of Russia’s eleven remaining in existence ‘floating factories’ facility still in operation within the entire Magadan Region - a remaining utilization by the Company, going on now for over 30 years. As a beneficial solution to the past typical alluvial volume and ore gold operating cost challenges and various ore processing efficiency methodologies, this ‘floating factory’ facility bearing the catchy name, the ‘Dragg-177’
