I don't think so. The Bouse and Copperstone are still part of the five original dividends form 2005 - 2006. They do suggest that the company will again give out dividends from what is left over from all the five in the future. You would still have to be a holder back then for the up and coming Bouse and Copperstone pay out, if it gets done? If/Once that is done, that is when they may give back to whom ever is presently in ownership of shares. So if your down now, sorry, ME too. IMO I would sit tight and wait and see this thing get done. Then you'll have options on what to do.
