Right- what happened to evidence based medicine? Avastin did not improve survival in first-line. It had zilch effect in second-line. Why would I as a taxpayer be convinced to subsidize an expensive and potentially toxic placebo? I would prefer to feed them dendritic cells with some GMCSF coupled her2nu. At least them GMCSF would give the immune system a boost. If you know what I mean.
