(c) to reward the loyalty of long standing stockholders who have watched the erosion of the stock price and their ability to exchange their unquoted stockholdings in the five Gold Mining Exploration Companies for publicly traded stock.

You had to be in the time frame where the 5 spin off divvies were set....and they are different dates for the different spinn offs..

Now there are several mentions about the assets that the company is receiving also being set to distribute as more divvy’s to all holders but no date set for this future distribution...

The dividends mentioned in the recent PR are for sentinel Ambassador and gold eagle.. if you held in 05/06 you get those.. if you hold ffgo you will get a portion of the proceeds from copperstone and bouse... as per the email you got.. different dividends...
