It is down about 97% or so from a 1:80 r/s.
If....the company actually accomplishes something as to what their pr stated a few months back, that would be nice.

Current status on ISCR.... Not certain.
Still a lot of selling lately.
However.... the MM have been buying all the shares at current levels (bottom so far) so, IT IS WORTH WATCHING.

The spread is a bit far apart so, its difficult to tell what direction they want to take it.

As before, a good pr would help.
I would keep it on a *watch list =)
