call your order in and they will waive the fee that is above the online fee

yes, the consensus here seems to be that they did it because "volume was low" on the stock. don't ask me how they think their decision will increase it. ;)

when i called ETRD about it they stressed it has "nothing to do with the company".

imo it's going to be a temporary issue.
