I think the pps has been depreciated to reflect that - my guess it that if it hit .001 or .002 many would be buying.

Earnest,
Think about it this way....
1.FCCN lost 439K in 3Q if you consolidate with Aero. This with only 82.6K in marketing expense, versus 734K the prior year (consolidated again). If you move the marketing in line with the prior year (which you could interpret the softball paid interview as stating is their PLAN-forward looking of course-going forward), they would have lost 650K more, meaning that this 3Q number would have been WORSE than last year's number. And that's with 4K more in revenue than last year.
2.If that is the case, and if the interview claims they "could" (forward-looking) be breakeven with Dr. Gas, you'd be saying that Dr. Gas was profitable by 1 million bucks, on what is as some figure 3-4 million in revenues. So you have a company that is supposedly spending for example 2.5 million to make 3.5 million. Do you think for a minute that's going to come CHEAP? No way. A larger company (aka a carmaker like Ford) would gobble them up for a much larger windfall than FCCN could EVER afford to do. And it would benefit Aero because they could ramp up production so much more quickly with the liquidity that a larger company afforded them, and if you're making $7 for every $5 you spend, that does add up with volume, and I bet that number gets better (in the division that Dr. Gas would function in) because of the larger overall staff already in place at a larger company.
3.ANYONE who thinks that a cash component isn't going to come out of a share offering is crazy IMO. What were they going to put in this paid advertisement disguised as an interview? That the fact of the matter is this could cost us 3 billion shares? That we're going to have to R/S before we could even begin to think about this deal? No way. They have to make it as fluffy as they can.
4.The $13 paint job was a joke. I'd think the same way if it were a $13 trade at .0025 too. Of course, if it was, there would be a whole other facet of posting regarding that trade, as you know.
5.There's STILL the matter of Hunsaker and Peacock (IMO the unnamed former director) having money they never transferred into shares at .018 that is out there to be converted, and they are now at over 75% lower price than at the time of the merger. How convenient. Sure would be a killing if they got all those shares now. Killing of the O/S, that is. And with avg daily volume at 737K or so per Freerealtime, that's $3K. Do the math. It isn't pretty.
IMO/FWIW
