thanks rbtree - when I first looked in to this that was my thought exactly ... why wouldn't some of the near by mining company (no need to list their names) jump in??
and made my own few calls and spoke to few people that would normally be involved - and in the last few years, a lot of public companies that would normally have such an interest refused to deal with a company that has such a history.
We will find out sometime ... hopefully soon
