Yes it does. Now we are acquiring a fully reporting pink we are not usung EFGO for the merger, thus efgo continues to trade on the pinks as a shell or operating pink as it does now. Once they decided to acquire another pink for the merger then it guarantees efgo's trading life will continue on the pinksheets until it is bought and reversed into by another entity.
