The price will not move til the merger is complete. As the only way the merger can happen is via shares given for purchase as TransAKT does not have cash to make an aquisition. Same as Halee. $5,000,000 purchase price via 50,000,000 shares at 9 cents + $500,000 temporary loan which was repaid with a subsequent pp.
Bottom line, price does not move til it is ready to move by the powers that be.
