Alan answers favorable emails promptly. If it's unfavorable, he doesn't answer. It's not complicated.

Personally, I don't think Alan is diluting anymore. MY opinion is that he issued the shares and someone else is dumping them. The TA did confirm that Alan requested an update on the structure. He must not be sure what it is if he needs an update.

Alan never said if the shares would be restricted if issued to someone other than Carmac (there are 20+ Billion set to not go to Carmac). What's been done with those shares?

Bearclaw and DTL- Is Alan diluting, shorts covering (where are they getting the shares) or is it smoke and mirror trades that are producing the volume? Without an O/S and Float, I don't know for sure.

I do know that my 1 million order was filled quickly.
