Thanks for clarifying the reporting requirements. I do believe (could be wrong) that I remember seeing other companies file both a 4th Q and a final as separate reports.

Eitherway, it does not matter to me - whatever is the standard procedure for our company so long as it is filed ACCURATELY and within timeframes required by SEC.
