Good faith to other shareholders? I don't think so! When you give yourself the equivalent of 100 million shares to gain complete control and this was done without other shareholder's approval? When you give away cheap shares to pay the bills? No, I can't prove that, but I've never known of shares to be accepted as payment for services and it not be at a discount.

IMO there is money to be made here but not because Mak cares about other shareholders.
