Nice Post!!! You hit the nail on the head here! AURC needs to file the appropriate forms to get us up-listed onto the OTCBB!!! The PPS will take care of itself! A .55 cent buyout is a joke for a company worth Billions! We can get much more here if management would play their cards right.
lurker1, I believe that $2.35 is a fair pps for AURC, assuming that the company’s PRs, published financials, and web site are truthful and telling the whole story. But I think you can forget about up listing - the actual pps is under $0.05. Also, there is a supposed buy out offer for $0.55/share and no hint from Aurus that the offer has been amended. You can dream I guess but when you post you should try to stay within the limits of reality. Crazy
