According to the latest financials, EFGO sold all their stock in GVHL. So, I don't think they used GVHL stock in the transaction.

I know what the PR said as I quoted it word for word. I guess we'll just have to disagree on what that paragraph really says. The problem with your interpretation is that when you flip back to the Chinese announcement, it talks about private funds as funding the deal. EFGO is not private.

But, hey, at least we agree on which way the money is flowing. That in itself is an accomplishment! The public company paid the private company to RM! Just the oppposite of the real world...
