What I'm asking is: What comes of the 20+ Billion shares that aren't issued to Carmac? The PR says that UP TO 80 Billion shares will be issued to Carmac.

Have the shares been issued to Carmac?

What happens if the shares end up not being issued to Carmac? Are they restricted no matter who's hands they end up in?

Not spreading FUD but I am UD (uncertain and doubt) about many parts of this play. Time will tell how it shakes out.

I don't have any problem with you. You aren't planting seeds of implications that are meant to get people to buy. I'm sure you are doing your own DD and making your play like people should do.
