who is being taken for a ride here??? ofering will be for 25 cents canadian plus the warrant when the stock is trading for 31 cents now. never before was the stock ever been sold for less than the current market when monies were raised. wish I was a friend of calentine & cudney so I could get in on this sweetheart deal. don't know about you guys but I think the OSC needs to block this deal.
