#212 RE: forgreen #210

Okay, I live in a dreamworld. But when it comes to shareholder dilution, I have friends that also like to inhabit my little dreamworld. We call ourselves the EPS posse.

As to the investor presentation, I agree that you have nothing to go on here but my assertion of the thing. So I will describe it, and other readers can then make of it what they will.

Basically, it was the exact same Powerpoint presentation as the one that appears on TBLC's website, only there was an audio track attached to the file as well. It ran through the slides, mostly reading them verbatim, but at what point on one slide asserted that TBLC would not need to undergo shareholder dilutions. I think it even went through the trouble of calling them "costly." The timing of the disappearance to me is strange, since I first looked at it just a couple of days ago. Personally, I did not buy this company on the condition that they would not do shareholder dilutions, so it has never been that important to me.

But perhaps it suggests something about their IR department, or perhaps their promoters, or perhaps even their management!

That's it. Truth be told, I don't really care. I never meant to assert anything here - long or short - other than the facts. To sum, I am long, but I see warts, and I assume that other longs might be similarly inclined to have open eyes.

But Tradeswapper, do tell me, when did you first start buying this company? --and how did you find them? I am pretty sure that the bottom up screens wouldn't have done it. After their run from this summer, I am sure that they were popping up on everyone's momentum screens. Is that your style? If not, then where or where did you find it?
