Having been a school principal and having seen and heard reports of school principals doing things to kids I consider absurd if not obscene from strip searches to denial of speech to sexual misconducts --- how can I disagree. Still the number of people conducting this war of all against all seems, to me, very limited in nature. Most people I've known, and certainly most school folks are far more collaborative than competitive

I'm only suggesting that given global entities and mass communications, the situation is both the same and different because of the scales of both control and the invasiveness of the home as NEVER before.
