Paul, Yes, but Intel doesn't seem to be making very good progress on the power issue

I don´t think the stepping that is supposed to reduce power consumption is already out. But I´m pretty sure it will be before mid-Q3.

As for switching over much more quickly, I´m not sure about that, if both AMD´s and INTEL´s projections hold.
