So let me get this all straight...we get 16:1 div of wrnw to dvfi. Then our dvfi gets reverse merged into tygr and wrnw goes away?

Maybe I'm missing something here (wouldn't be the first time) but how does issuing all 4B shares to Team and/or Cementers benefit the WRNW/DVFI entity? Them sharing our technology and expertise should be factored into the compensation also IMO. I don't know why every remaining authorized share needs to be used to fund that particular purchase. I don't see that much value in those 2 entities.
