Intel has a processor design team in Bangalore as well. I believe they focus on high-end server products (>4 cores, >4 sockets, etc).

I heard Tukwila was to be born there but the local team
miscarried badly. Tuk was reconceived and carried to
a very successful if belated birth in Oregon. ;-)
