It is massive no confidence of shareholders on the US market....not in pnms overall.
The problem with the US sp is that all or most of the people with confidence in pnms have already pulled their certs and are either holding them or have converted to PDRs. Leaving only flippers, day traders and those who think the PDR ex. is a scam in the US market.
