You are correct. He also has been the focus of many personal attacks, which is not fair IMO. I know it's been rough, but he's invested a lot of his OWN time and money into this company for the purpose of making sure we're legit w/regards to all of our filings. Sure, he's in it to make money...but he/they want Xechem to be "100%" legitimate as we/they all know it's future is VERY bright!
As drift' said earlier...we need to be current on all filings before we can move forward. Certain Nigerians will not be left behind IMO, which is why certain items are being addressed as we speak. I am not sure we'll ever get the whole truth about Pandey, but I'm sure we'll get bits and pieces as things come to a conclusion.
