Yes the Case in India will have to be taken care of before the Financial Reports can be filed. Pandey, to be expected, was not very cooperative so he will be forced to in India. The Company knows the money went there but through what lawyers call DISCOVERY they will then be able to document everything. Of course not guilty until proven so in a Court of Law. Sounds like I might have some experience in that area lmao.
