The reality is, it would be a cost savings to Uplist OTC-BB through the now potential avenues they have before them. I also understand that CEO Garr Winters may acclimate to another a similar position in relation to the EFGO business model.
So I take it they did their audited financials and are filing a 10SB for this uplist, if there were no AF`s then a uplist is out of the question, and there are over 100 hrs of paperwork and passing back and forth with atty`s for the 10sb`s I wonder if this OTCBB uplist really can happen
