When a stock is op over a thousand percent in a month, and just hit a new anual high, it is not common for it to just be very volital. Of course mms will try and swing the stock up, and down, that is most likley the cause for the 5000 blocks being traded. But I do not believe it means dilution, or anything else. No stock continues to just go straight up. It has to retrace to gain strength and then uses that strength to go back up. Or it just goes down and you wait for a bounce, which from here would be a very long time.
