That has been what you have been witnessing the last couple weeks. They should be close to finished. They shouldn't do all of them at once. Thats why we hover in this range

it has to, it has been expected.

The reason is that the current O/S is 129 millions and Mak has 400K preferred left. If it's fully converted it would be 209 millions. So A/S has to be increased to accommedate that. This is why all my DD used 200 million shares instead of 129 millions.

The company can increase A/S in participation for future projects. No one knows. But one thing for sure, Mak is a very selfish guy .. he just take take take and investors are filling his wallet. IMO

S-8 for this stock will probably come but the result can be just like last time, PPS went up. Largely because there were great news to support and participation for WWTBAM (previous 2 times before this, price went down) It's a weird stock. FWIW
