Mr. ,

Thank you for visiting Energy Laboratories, Inc.'s web site. Typically,
samples are submitted with a COC indicating the analytical requests which
authorizes the laboratory to analyze. In many instances the client submits
a blank COC and we have to confirm what their needs are. Often we are sent
e-mail requests that are attach to the sample work order. The answer is yes
we accept samples without a COC, however, we should have some communication
as to what the analytical requests are desired or required.

What type of analytical will be required for your samples?

There is a COC form located on our web site, www.energylab.com. Please call
or write if additional information is required.

Sincerely,

Sheryl Garling
