Salas has file right away.(has 200,000 shares). But not Dolphin Management, only quarterly... they have (20+ million shares). Remember Salas is also the sole owner of Dolphin Management. He provides financial support..in exchange for warrants, cash..stock...etc.
EG...So Salas could excerise some options to buy....the newbie investors is getting excited about insider buying.....but at the same time have Dolphin Management selling shares on the market.
All you need to do is lot at what SC Fundamental Value did with this stock over the past 3 years... Went from 11% owners of this stock... to 0%... selling over 5 million shares they had invested....
The next quarter filing we can see if Dolphin Management actually decrease or sold shares... if he hasnt... need to look at dilution... as this company diluted the share structure in 2004/2005.
Just something im looking at.... especially with oil so bulllish, this stock is dropping....
