Selling only 13.6M shares...I think that is quite a lot in light of how great things are for the future of the company. I guess when put in the backdrop of 58M it does not seem that bad...Seems folks are quite pacified by your post. It is good prose. Anyway I see this cracking the .002 barrier soon if something revolutionary does not happen...I probably would be a buyer under the .002 mark...GLTA...

Basicly I've given up trying to find the daily dip to DT on this constant downslide. The 2 week chart is a disaster.
I have .0018 set as a reentry at this point. And if we have to wait another 4 months to see products going out the door, in sufficient quantity, to affect PPS, that might be a high buyin price.

Things could change but until they do I'm handling this like any other pinky. Halfway expecting a pr about NSS any day.

Yes, he'll re-file when this 144 expires, but if there isn't earth shattering news to spike up our price big time? He won't be selling. Filing a 144 takes time. You'd sit there with restricted stock, and not free it up just in case there's a run? I sure wouldn't! He doesn't HAVE to sell, but knowing that his shares would be free-trading like everyone elses gives him the freedom and the options to do what he wants to do.. sell some, hold.. whatever his heart desires! Plus, he KNOWS how to sell. He wouldn't sell at the bid, but he'd do it the way it's supposed to happen, put the order in above the ask, and let the run take it out. That wouldn't even cause a blip on the run..

It wasn't meant to be just 'prose' as you put it... Just the facts, Jack....

Oh, on a side note, 13.6 IS minimal when you consider what many of us are holding. AND.... do YOU know how many shares he actually has? I'm willing to bet one heck of alot more than 13.6 mill.. ALOT more..

Looks like the sub .002 came fast and furious on huge dump volume...the uplisting wont pop this but it will bump things up a notch...needs a reverse split to re-order the shares back to reality...10 shares to get back 1 may do it...
