The only thing I know is that the draft by JP has been done for awhile. The accountants and the lawyer have been going over it with a fine toothed comb before submitting it to the SEC. Remember when we were waiting for Demetrius and the CPA's back and forth questioning? Remember how long it took? AND how aggravated everyone got? This seems to be the same scenario. They want to catch any possible questions before they're asked by the SEC, to make it as smooth a transition as possible.
The way I see it? It is taking a long time yes, BUT, if we had to wait for the SEC to ask the questions that EI is taking care of now..... it would take ALOT longer!
I've heard that we are > < that close, if not closer. I truly expect the news at any time.. but that is MY opinion!
