It means TDAmeritrade will only let you sell your position and will not allow you to buy any IMTD for now.

They have been doing that since the beginning of November.

It happens occasionally on pinks and then the usually allow it again. They will never tell you why. They just say it's in "they and their customer's best interest" (lmao!)
